Nasi Goreng U.S.A.: a Mini-Documentary

Fulbright ETAs Hannah Carr and Davina Chen were featured in a Malaysian TV documentary on TV3 on July 7, 2012. (The popular stall food nasi goreng U.S.A. actually has nothing to do with America, rather it refers to the dish’s ingredients of udang, sotong, and ayam – shrimp, squid, and chicken – but we won’t tell them if you don’t!)
